Dental Insurance

Insurance Information

Dental insurance plans are designed to help offset the costs associated with necessary dental care. Dental insurance plans differ in the level of reimbursement offered for certain procedures and in annual dental spending caps and deductibles. It is important to be aware of the benefits and limitations of your particular plan as your dental insurance company will pay according to the terms of your agreement with them.

When dental work is recommended to you by our team of dental professionals, it is based on your specific dental needs and not by what your insurance will cover.

Our office will accept an assignment of benefits from your insurance company and will complete and submit insurance claim forms on your behalf although we are not responsible for the outcome of the transaction. The contract regarding your dental benefits is between you, your employer, and your insurance company. You are fully responsible for all fees charged regardless of the amount that may or may not be reimbursed by your insurance company.

The estimated portion due of your treatment will provided to you prior to your appointment to avoid any unnecessary financial surprises and will be collected at the time of your visit. If you do not have insurance, the fee must be paid in full on the day services are rendered.

We are a contracted provider for Delta Dental Premier, Blue Cross Indemnity plans, Altus, and Cigna although, we have many patients that have other dental insurance plans. We will be happy to contact your dental insurance provider to be sure you are not required to see an in-network provider for your specific plan.
