Susan Griffin

Susan Griffin – Practice Manager/Controller

Susan assisted in the establishment of the practice in 1999. She has earned her Associates and Bachelor of Science Degrees in accounting and is currently pursuing her masters in business. Susan has also studied at the L.D. Pankey Institute in Florida, gaining certifications in dental practice and financial management. Susan has a passion in helping our patients understand their dental needs and how to make them become a reality. She prides herself that she is always available for any questions that our patients may have and will help in any matter, being insurance, financial arrangements or general questions.

Susan is married and has four children. She leads a macrobiotic lifestyle, with the knowledge and understanding that food and food quality powerfully affect health, well-being, and happiness.

Patty Parente

Patty Parente – Patient Coordinator

Patty joined the practice in 2011 and brought with her a wealth of experience. Patty has been involved in the dental field for the past ten years. She keeps up to date on current changes in the administration field of dentistry by attending the Yankee Dental Conferences. She prides herself in knowing all of the patients as they come into our practice. Patients enjoy her bright, caring, and welcoming personality. Patty is knowledgeable in insurance and all administrative aspects of the dental practice.

Patty lives in Northborough with her daughter. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends.



Carol Abelli

Carol Abelli, RDH

Carol has been practicing dentistry for more than 30 years and has been part of our team since 2008. She studied Dental Hygiene at the Westbrook College, now known as the University of New England in Portland, Maine. She attends the Yankee Dental Congress every year as well as other classes to keep current in the dental field. Her personal goal is to help each patient acquire their optimal dental health by providing the very best care through treatment and education.

When Carol is not chair side, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She loves to travel, the beach, and any outdoor activity. She has two grown children children and lives in Framingham with her husband.

Galina Nikolov

Galina Nikolov, RDH

Galina graduated from Forsyth School of Dental Hygienists in Boston, in 1999. She joined our practice in 2001. She was originally a lab technician for 15 years and decided to further her education within the dental field. She loves to educate her patients on how to take care of their teeth between their appointments so that they do the best homecare possible. Galina furthers herself in the dental field by taking continuing education courses at the annual Yankee Dental Conference, in Boston and the annual Dental Hygiene Convention, in Natick. Galina has her local anesthesia license. Patients love her quiet and gentle disposition.

Galina is married and has two children. She likes to get together with friends and loves to play ping pong.

Ellen Norris Wolfe

Ellen Norris Wolfe, RDH

Ellen received her hygiene degree from the University of Pittsburgh Dental School for Dental Hygiene. She joined the practice in 2001 as a full-time hygienist. She later left the practice to have her three children and returned in 2012 once her children went to school. Ellen has a passion for giving the best care possible and patients love her calming and caring disposition.

Ellen’s hobbies are cooking, gardening, and playing with her dog. Her favorite thing to do is spend time with her husband, son, and two daughters.

Laura Brennan, RDH

Laura joined our team in 2014. She received her hygiene degree from the Forsyth School of Dental Hygiene. Laura has always been attracted to a career in dentistry and previously worked as a dental assistant prior to becoming a hygienist. Patients are drawn to her bubbly personality and the passion she has towards dentistry. Laura is a member of Massachusetts Dental Hygiene Association and also has her local anesthesia license.

Laura enjoys traveling with her family and friends, boating and long walks with her dog Cooper.



Christine Duby

Christine Duby, CDA

Christine has been with the practice since 2002. She is a certified Dental Assistant graduating from NE Dental Assistant School in Worcester. She obtained her radiology certification through Boston University. She has taken continuing education courses in CEREC, OSHA and keeps up to date in the field of dentistry by attending the Yankee Dental Conference annually. Christine and Dr. Cove are a great team always having fun with their patients.

Christine enjoys traveling especially to Maine in the summer and enjoys any outdoor activity.

Maria Subirana, CDA

Maria joined the practice in 2013. She is a certified Dental Assistant graduating from Minuteman Institute in Lexington. She is currently attending night classes to further her education and become a Dental Hygienist. She also stays current in the dental field by taking continuing education courses at the Yankee Dental Conference annually. Maria assists Dr. Cove Kehoe and her warm and capable nature puts patients at ease.

Maria enjoys reading, spending time with her family and being outside.

Elizabeth Cove

Elizabeth Cove Clinical Coordinator

Elizabeth is mother to both Dr. Cove, Dr. Cove Kehoe and Susan. She is originally from Newcastle Upon Tyne in England. She emigrated to the Bahamas in 1964 and then found her way to Ashland, Massachusetts to be with her daughters. She does what mothers do best and that is by taking care of everything! In the spring and summer you will see her in the garden at the office. She is responsible for all of the beautiful flowers.

Isla Griffin

Isla Griffin – Saturday Sterilization Assistant

Isla Griffin is niece to both Dr. Cove and Dr. Cove Kehoe. She enjoys being part of the team on Saturdays where she helps with the sterilization of the instruments and clinical areas. It is her dream to follow her aunts and generations before her and become a dentist.
